The first four values, 25c. to 75c., were issued on 31 August 1970. They were printed in 300-screen, four-colour lithography, cyan, yellow, magenta and black in sheets of two panes of 100, 10×10, on unwatermarked paper and comb perforated 13.1×13.6
The four dollar values were issued on 16 November 1970.
