Philatelic Cover - Registered Postal Cover from Malaysia to Spain

It was posted at the post office counter on 3 April 2013, notified on 10 April and physically collected on 12 April 2013.

The label and stamp were paid separately. The cost for the label was RM4.10 and postage was RM1.50 for letter rate up to 20 gram to Zone 3.

The registration must be purchased separately and sticked the self-adhesive sticker onto intended cover. On this cover, it was purposely to keep the whole label, instead of peeling from the point it was meant to be.

Once the cover has been collected and postage fee has been paid, the clerk will then hand stamp the registration's peeled back cover as proof of postage.

According to Pos Malaysia website, RM4.10 for registration label :

Including registration fees  (RM 1.60) and delivery  (RM 2.50) but does not include posting fees based on destination and weight.

Note: On 16 May 2013, postal rate was revised, whereby Zone C now requires RM2.00 for postage.
