Source Code DIAM*MSND (The source code MSND to the right of the Queen's head) - Walsall Booklets of 6 x 1st Definitives.

The booklet is printed by Walsall (cylinder number unknown) blue, phosphor, and iridescent in that order.

The edge strip reads:
