STAMP
A recycled stamp was used. There has been report by others that the clerk at post office would recycle used stamps, overcharge or even collect postal with promise to deliver but pocketed in the money.
In this case, I believe the clerk collected the money, get a recycled stamp and have it stapled onto the postcard.
Interesting indeed as Spanish postal authority do not even notice it.
