An interesting piece of FMS stamp used and still stuck on a paper, which is assumed to be a "ON GOVERNMENT SERVICE" envelope.
The condition of the stamp and paper is excellent as no brown spot at all, considering it was kept in the tropical climate area.
3¢ was contemporary local rate mail.
The postmark could be confirmed with Proud, as it looks like D20 as it has not time slug, but it is categorised under D23.
