H.R.H THE PRINCE OF WALES, K.G. wearing the Robes of the Garter. Photo by D. Knights Whitmore, at Windsor Castle on June 10th, 1911, after the Investiture. Below the left knee is the Garter with the inscription, Honi-soit-qui-mal-y-pense, in choice diamonds, which formerly belonged to the late Duke of Cambridge and bequeathed by him to Prince Edward. The Tudor contains the plumes of the Prince of Wales.
