Postcard from New Zealand and posted using DXMail (previously known as Universal Mail) and was processed in Singapore. A sticker was applied on original stamp. (In some cases, stickers were applied at different part of the postcard).
Apart from Singapore, DXMail also use forward service from Brunei and Malaysia. Therefore, the sticker may be different.
I have been reading about this kind of postcard labels from the stamp boards and this is the first in my collection.
